What’s your signature item? Kale mix, salad mix, and braising mix
How did you get into farming? I’ve always wanted to farm, to be living in a natural state, and food is the basis of healthy living.
Do you own or rent the land you grow on? Own it, with a hell of a mortgage.
Are you certified organic? I use organic practices & am in process to be certified.
Share a favorite memory of the Market: I came to the market a lot as a kid with my parents, even when it was at Sanbusco. I have lots of memories of the market. I always liked it.
What are your hobbies? I mountain bike and I sail (Abiquiu Lake, Puerto Rico, Florida). We have Labradors, and I enjoy them.
Do you speak any other languages? I try to practice Spanish.
Describe yourself in one word: Enthusiastic.
What is your favorite dish to make? I like sautéed turnips, tops and all, with a fried egg on top. It’s a good breakfast. And I eat it with pinto beans if I have some around.

If you were a super hero what would your powers be and why? Patience.
What have you done that you are most proud of? I’m happy to make thshift to farming. It’s always been a dream of mine.
